Call for the 14th anniversary to commemorate Oury Jalloh

Call For The 14th Anniversary Demo to Commemorate #OuryJalloh on January 7, 2019 in #Dessau / #Saxony-Anhalt

On behalf of the survivors of the Diallo family, especially in the name of the parents Mariama Djombo Diallo and Elhadji Boubakar Diallo, who died without being informed and getting answers to their legitimate questions about the cruel assassination of their son Oury Jalloh, we invite all solidarians, activists, initiatives and organizations to our annual demonstration to commemorate Oury Jalloh at January 7, 2019 to Dessau, German territory.

13:00: Opening gathering
Meeting point: Main train station (Hbf) Dessau-Roßlau | forecourt
14:00: Start of the demonstration
.. 14 years without clearing up
.. 14 years without apology to the bereaved
.. 14 years without acknowledgment of the overwhelming evidence
, , 14 years without justice
.. 14 years without compensation
Police, judiciary and politicians have denied the investigation of the murder of Oury Jalloh in police custody for 14 years now and also denied the investigation of at least two more deaths in the Dessau police station.
An allegedly independent judiciary has been protecting policemen from the Dessau police station for 14 years, even though they know that the police officers who have been there for many years arbitrarily and illegally held people in police custody, tortured and even killed them …
The handling of state authorities with the case of Oury Jalloh has opened a window that shows the unity of powers of the Federal Republic of Germany:
In the Oury-Jalloh complex , the impunity of the perpetrators resulted in at least two other murder cases in Dessau police station following the apparent murder of Hans-Jürgen Rose in December 1997 : Mario Bichtemann in October 2002 and Oury Jalloh in January 2005.
The deaths of Hans-Jürgen Rose and Mario Bichtemann also did not result in any changes in this inhumane system of illegal deprivation of liberty and torture as a result of the capped investigations of the prosecutor’s office in Dessau-Roßlau and the higher management levels of the Dessau Police Department.
Although three people were murdered, the perpetrators remained undisturbed in office. At the same time, the police chiefs responsible for Dessau were all recruited undisturbed into the highest positions of the Interior Ministry of Saxony-Anhalt.
The NSU complex, Police Murders of Blacks * People of Color * People from Kola Bankole 1994 to Aamir Ageeb 1999 , Ndeye Mareame Sarr 2000 , Achidi John 2001 , Laye Alama Conde 2005 , Dominique Koumadio 2006 , Christy Schwundeck 2011 to Amos Thomas 2016 , the police murder of Halim Dener in 1994 and many other people, as well as the numerous unexplained deaths in judicial custody – such as Yaya Jabbie’s 2016 , Jaber al-Bakr’s 2016 or Amad Ahmad’s who burned to death in a prison cell in the prison in Kleve in September 2018  – have much in common: Investigations are delayed and obstructed, evidence manipulated, disposed or not secured at all, accusations ineligibly minimized or unlevied. If, in exceptional cases, there should be legal proceedings against the perpetrators* of the state, the court proceedings are a farce. Hand in hand judges and public prosecutors guarantee the widest possible impunity of perpetrators who are working for the state.
The need to organize independent control and reconnaissance structures
A state can not and does not want to control itself, let alone judge itself. Ultimately, this state of mind can only be counteracted by civil society-organized control mechanisms and the establishment of independent reconnaissance structures that function on the basis of solidary networks. In the NSU- and in the Oury-Jalloh complex, the essential findings were enforced with research of civil society and donation-based investigations as well as reports by international experts and against the resistance of all powers of this state. By continuing to set up an international independent commission to clarify the truth about the death of Oury Jalloh, we continue our reconnaissance  work – independent and unimpressed by judicial or political decisions in the months and years to come.
We have watched or investigated the impunity for perpetrators in the service of the state as well as the passive and active support of crimes against migrant lives long enough in Germany …
… It is time for changes!
Following the impressive attendance of the last two demonstrations on January 7, 2017 and 2018, we hope for continuity in public support, solidarity and determination to commemorate Oury Jalloh 2019!
Never forgive never Forget!
No further casualties!
Control by civil society against state abuse of violence!
Clarification of the  Oury-Jalloh Complex! – Support an International Independent Commission!
Oury Jalloh – That was murder!

The VOICE, Our VOICE, will always be ours and can never be silenced!

24 years of active resistance by The VOICE Refugee Forum in Germany is testimony to the fact that the self-organization of affected people is the only viable alternative in the struggle of the oppressed. Our aim is and remains to end the fears and insecurities associated with the status of a refugee in Germany and throughout Europe.

On the occasion of the 24th anniversary of „The VOICE Refugee Forum“, we will organize 4 days of socio-cultural and political events in Jena from Thursday, October 4th to Sunday, October 7th.
Once again we will address the inalienable human rights of freedom of movement and resettlement and the importance of continued self-organisation of refugees by identifying and exposing our criminalisation through state persecution: the focus will be on the analysis and description of deportations as crimes and the structural cruelty of deportation detention facilities. We will install symbolic BLACK BOXES, analysing, understanding and furthering our struggles.

The self-organization and networking by the directly affected of the collective oppression is the community and it is also the weapon to self-determination of refugees and Migrants.
Please join us for a life decided by our quest for a free society, equality and human dignity.

Good news: Magsud A. versus the German Deportation Machinery 2:0 for Magsud Victory

Magsud A. versus the German Deportation Machinery 2:0 for Magsud Victory
Disrupt the German Deportation Machinery and the persecution of refugees by the authoritarian state!
Read below on the dubious persecution of refugees in Apolda and the recent struggle of Dr. Magsud Aghayev against the Foreigner’s Office in Apolda and the Bundesamt in Nürnberg
Dr. Magsud Aghayev and his son Rafael got their residence permit back after 3 years (M) and 9 years (R) without permanent residence from the Foreigners’ Office in Apolda!!! This is really great news because their defiance and determination in the face of persecution and intimidation by the state is once again proof that we can resist and win even against the monster.
Both of them arrived in Germany in 2005 as father and son. Rafael, his son, is the father of an 8-year-old boy who lives with his German mother in Apolda. Dr. Magsud and his son were transferred to Apolda after he led the struggle with other refugees to close down the infamous Katzhütte isolation camp in 2008. The struggle of Dr Magsud for the rights of refugees did not end with the closure of the notorious Katzhütte camp nor in Apolda. As Dr. Magsud so often stated „We will fight till the end“.
Dr. Magsud was granted the right to stay in Germany in 2010 by the administrative court of Meiningen without further deportation threat. In 2012, Maqsud's permanent residence permits were withheld and substituted with normal white A4-papers renewal for him and his son without justification with bi-monthly to three months maximum extensions. All the while, Magsud was being intimidated and criminalized, persecuted and threatened with court processes, and by the deportation deal between the Foreigner’s Office and BAMF. This deal was meant to review his positive court decision to enable the nullification of his residence permit granted by the court.
In his struggle he had to face many awkward and funny situations:
As a result of these shenanigans Magsud and Miloud from The VOICE Refugee Forum
went to BAMF Hermsdorf in Thueringen in Febuary 2018, where they were told that the
BAMF Nürnberg was in charge of his case. So Magsud tried to contact Nurnberg but to no avail. A delegation was planned by Magsud to meet with the officials of BAMF in Nürnberg on 2nd March 2018. This was without notification because all attempts to reach them on phone before had failed.
Our delegates from Thueringen informed the officials at the BAMF Nürnberg that we needed an answer to Magsud’s situation and that the visit will not be the end of the protest. The BAMF officials then promised to see to the case but said that the official in charge was actually in Hermsdorf. Yet, they refused to name the official in BAMF in Hermsdorf when asked. They responded that the officials were secret. In the so-called rechtsstaat, the name of a public official suddenly becomes a secret. Bravo!!! Wonder they say shall never end!!!
No official in the office of the Bundesamt directly involved in his case was known by name and there was no official letter or other correspondence. It is important to know that the right to asylum is of political and public interest and for the interest of the refugee community. There must not be any secret about it.
Shortly after Magsud led the delegation of refugees and activists on the 2nd March 2018 to the BAMF in Nürnberg the Foreigner’s Office informed Rafael and Magsud in the middle of March on the success of their struggles against the Foreigner’s Office and the BAMF. They would get back their stay permits with four years extension. We never doubted!
The most fascinating lesson for us all here was Magsud’s self-determination to fight politically. He refused to bow or solicit paternalistic support but instead relied on the time tested solidarity and the overriding common interest that is at the heart of our struggle for justice. He could not afford to succumb to the discriminatory bureaucrazy that intimidated, criminalised and persecuted him without any reason other than to punish him, suppress his voice and silence him for his fight for justice. He refused to take a lawyer for his political protest and his unyielding determination coupled with the ironclad solidarity from fellow refugees amongst others saw the case of BAMF and the Foreigners’ Office collapse like a pack of cards and a hoax that it was.
It is obvious Dr. Magsud has been persecuted because of his political activism in the refugee migrants community, The VOICE and the Caravan, and in the break deportation network in Thueringen. He committed no crime, activism is no crime and we’re all supremely proud of him! He is a worthy example to young and new refugees in Germany and the message is clear: If you do not fight for your right, the so-called rechtsstaat will deny your rights! Basta!!!
After three years of fighting, Magsud and his son Rafael got his residence permit back!
"I will fight till the end" he says, and we reply, “We will fight with you all the way!!!
We are proud of every supporter as we congratulate especially the refugee activists from Bamberg refugee camp who were very motivated to support Magsud A during his delegation meeting in the BAMF in Nuremberg on the 02.03.2018.
More information on the persection and criminalisation of Magsud in
Apolda will be televised by the community!

Biji Berxwedana Afrine Newroz Piroz Be!

Mass detention after protest in Donauwörth on 14/03/2018

[>> deutsch]
In the early morning of March 14, 2018, a deportation was successfully prevented in the Donauwörth reception centre. Afterwards, a large police operation was carried out in the afternoon. Those residents who were in their rooms were locked in, both entrance and exit doors of the reception centre had been locked as well. Room searches and identity checks were carried out. 29 people were arrested. On the one hand, the police operation in the afternoon of 14 March 2018 has been triggered by the deportation, which was prevented in the morning between 3:00 am and 4:00 am, when approximately 100 people left their rooms in the reception centre and demanded that the deportation be stopped. On the other, there a strike against the 80-cent jobs and the German courses in the reception centre has been going on in the last few months. The refugee activists demand the recognition of their asylum claims, or that they may leave Germany if they do not obtain a right to stay.
The German bureaucracy prevents people from leaving the country and keeps them imprisoned for several years, while forcing them to be inactive through work bans and education bans.
While preventing the deportation in the early morning, no violence, resistance or the like emanated from the refugees. People joined the corridor collectively and demanded to stop the deportation of one person. Despite the legal protest, the names of the activists were recorded, some of them were taken away by police in the afternoon. More than 100 police officers were on duty.
This operation follows a tactics of criminalisation and intimidation on the part of the police, aimed at refugee activists who are fighting for their right to stay.
According to current information, 28 persons are in custody, 1 activist is in detention awaiting trial (“Untersuchungshaft”). They are accused of trespassing and “ringleadership”.

The dramatic stopping of the investigations and 13th memorial anniversary of the murder of our brother OURY JALLOH

Berlin, 05.01.2018
Press Release of PEACE (Peer Exchange of African Communities for Empowerment) Network and The VOICE Refugee Forum Network in Germany to the dramatic stopping of the investigations and 13th memorial anniversary of the murder of our brother OURY JALLOH.

“We stated from the beginning of our calls and campaigns since 2005 that Oury Jalloh was murdered but very few believed us. Now the mainstream talks of murder while we suffer from scars inflicted on us by the state and the society, in the span of 13 years” (Mbolo Yufanyi from The VOICE Refugee Forum and PEACE International)

"Oury Jalloh Struggle Lives On ! – Demonstration on 07.01.2018 in Dessau"
On the 7th of January 2018, it will be 13 years since Oury Jalloh, a brother from Sierra Leone was brutally murdered at the hands of the German police in the city of Dessau, Germany. For 13 years, The VOICE Network and the African/Black Community has stood besides the Initiative in remembrance of Oury Jalloh and supported its call for “TRUTH, JUSTICE and REPARATIONS”, especially to our brother’s family. Almost 13 years have gone and the German state and Police have responded with “LIES, INJUSTICE and continuous BRUTALITY”.
The Chief Attorney Heike Geyer from Halle announced in her press release of 12 October 2017, that she had after careful examination of the available evidence [...] “closed the investigation of the death of Oury Jalloh" because allegedly there is not sufficient evidence and new knowledge to his death was not to be expected, since "a multitude of possibilities are conceivable" and consequently a suicide cannot be ruled out.
We should remember that on the day of the murder of OURY JALLOH on January 7, 2005, a hypothesis was already established and documented before the beginning of the crime investigation: "Now I'm going to the basement, where a black African denizen in a detention cell has lit himself." These were the words of the first investigators from Stendal who later destroyed more that 1 hr of video evidence that they collected from the cell where our brother was murdered.
From the different fire investigations and reports independently organised and sponsored by the Initiative in Remembrance of Oury Jalloh and also following recent reports from National media, it could not have been possible for our brother to commit suicide
The majority of the experts in the fields of fire protection, medicine and chemistry came to the conclusion that the condition of the cell and the body after the fire can not be explained without the use of small amounts of accelerators such as light gasoline, according to Monitor. In addition, the theory of self-burning is as good as to rule out: “Oury Jalloh was at the beginning of fire probably completely incapacitated or even already dead", quoting Süddeutsche newspaper from 16.11.2017
Following the chronology of the German history especially with respect to Africa in particular but also Europe, we are not surprised of the heinous crime carried out by the German police and covered up by their justice system. There is an African Proverb that says, "When you follow in the path of your father, you learn to walk like him."
This continuous colonial reality, reflected through organized killing of (to be) Migrants in the Mediterranean, the deportation practices, the investigations against relatives of the victims of NSU or the rise of the AfD and other right-wing entities in Germany and Europe, the criminalization of refugees especially Africans, make it more important than ever for African/Black people to come together to challenge and fight these evils of the 21th Century.
Remembering and fighting for justice for Oury Jalloh, Layé Kondé, Mariama Sarr, Christy Schwundeck, Dominique Kuomadio (the list goes on) and all the others is a matter of self-defense.
The more united we are in challenging and defending ourselves and values against these monsters of the 21th Century, the more we expose the cracks of a world order and systems that have failed us and Humanity in general and will destroy us and Humanity if we do not stop them.
OURY JALLOH IS NOT AN INDIVIDUAL CASE — NO ONE WILL BE FORGOTTEN!
RESPECT OUR EXISTENCE – OR – EXPECT OUR RESISTANCE!

Solidarity with the 'strike of closed doors' of 209 people from Sierra Leone in the transit camp Deggendorf (Bavaria/Germany)

On Friday, 15th of December 2017, 209 people from Sierra Leone in the transit camp in Deggendorf started a 'strike of closed doors'. In protest, the children and young people refused to attend the German class as access to other educational institutions is denied. The adults haven't left the accommodation and denied to work in the 80 cents jobs. On Saturday, 16th of December 2017 they started a hunger strike. The protest involves 44 children and young people, as well as 40 women (among them 12 pregnant women) and 125 men. The starting point of the protest was the violent deportation of a man from Sierra Leone on Friday morning, which was stopped in the last minute at the airport.

****

Statement of striking refugees in Deggendorf

We are Sierra Leoneans seeking for protection here in Germany but have been frustrated instead of protected. And we have resolved to strike action based on the following reasons:

Every Asylum seeker from Sierra Leone in Deggendorf gets always negative results in the form of :

1. Dublin deportation
2. Rejection of asylum application
3. Asylum application is 'invalid'

- The next point is that we now stay in a camp for 2 years instead of the initial 6 months, with no schooling, no work permit.
- Very poor accommodation facilities with 8 occupants in a room, with poor hygiene and toilet facilities.
- Very poor quality of food.
- Deportation to Italy with serious torture and no proper arrangements for reinstatement of the immigrants in Italy thereby leaving the immigrants on the street suffering.
- Forceful deportation of pregnant women, children, sick people and sucking mothers.
- No medication for immigrants for certain sickness.
And now established to us that this is a private camp and cannot allow any journalists.

Parade of solidarity in Bremen

No one talks about our situation. People talk a lot about us, but not with us. You might look us strange and change to the opposite street. Sometimes they call us immigrants, sometimes refugees, but always pejoratively. As if we are not humans. We are told we have to adapt. Whoever does not, can fly out. Out to Afghanistan, back to the war. A war your democratic government has brought upon our lives. Or out to Serbia, Kosovo, Albania. There is not even a war there, they say. Next it will be ‘Go back to Syria’.

They build expensive apartments that we, and like many, cannot afford. They say, we should wait a little longer. Put some effort. Then it will work. With the integration. We are diligent on the language-course, work, children at home, minimum wage and zero job-security. Now can we please stay?
Your police are controlling us. Day after day, Night after night. Because we look different. Because we have black hair? We are a danger, experts say. Many believe it. You can choose to do so too. There are already too many who do.

Yet, we are the happy survivors. The ones who made it. Too many do not succeed. Starving in Libyan concentration camps, paid for their failure at their fences, to try it over the sea. That is why they want to build even higher fences, even further south. For that there is plenty of money. But not for cheap apartments, they say. Or for more Kindergartens. For all our children.

But we are many. And not alone. Many want to understand, many want to help. But we do not want any help, no charity event. We want solidarity! We want everyone to have the same rights. We stand for the right to stay. We do not want anyone to be humiliated by the likes of Job Center or the police. That money is there for the needs of all and not for their weapons and profits.

That is why we come together. That is why we show ourselves. Show our will and our ideas for a completely different living together!

Libyan Coast Guard killing refugees on Europes demand

Dramatic first rescue operation for Sea-Watch 3

The violent and reckless behavior of Libyan Coast Guards has caused at least five deaths on the Central Mediterranean Sea this morning, as the crew of the Sea-Watch 3 was called to their first rescue mission by the Italian Maritime Rescue Coordination Center. A helicopter of the Italian Navy had to intervene to prevent more fatalities. 58 people are now safe aboard the Sea-Watch 3, despite all efforts, our medical team was not able to revive an infant in our clinic. The Libyan Coast Guards forced a few of the passengers on their vessel and took them back in direction Libya. By interfering in the rescue operation, the Libyans clearly violated international law: The incident took place at 30 nm off the coast, in international waters far outside of Libyan territorial waters.

At approx. 7 am, the crew aboard Sea-Watch 3 received a call of Rome MRCC. North of Tripoli a sinking inflatable boat in international waters had sent a distress call. The Sea-Watch 3 crew arrived on location at about the same time as a Libyan Coast Guard patrol boat and started boarding of people in distress. The Libyan Coast Guard approached the boat as well and took over people from aboard the boat, however beating and threatening them. Onboard panic started and a numerous refugees fell overboard. The Libyan ship took off with inappropriate speed while people were still latching onto the side, being dragged by their vessel. After Sea-Watch had already repeadtedly alarmed the Libyans about their life-threatening practice, an Italian Navy helicopter had to intervene, briefly stopping the Libyan ship, to prevent further deadly maneuvering. At least 5 people were killed in the boat’s sinking, among them a child whom the medical crew onboard Sea-Watch 3 was not able to reanimate.
“Probably, nobody would have had to die today if only we had the possibility to operate reasonably in a calm environment. Instead of coordinating the rescue operation with the vessels present such as a ship of the French Navy, the Libyans tried to take as many people as possible back to Libya – and accepted the loss of several lives”, says head of mission Johannes Bayer. “These deaths have to be blamed on the Libyan Coast Guards who have obstructed a safe rescue with their brutal behavior. The responsability is on the side of the European Union, however, who trains and finances these militias. They act in the EU’s will. The European governments finally have to draw conclusions from this incident and stop the collaboration with the Libyan Coast Guards. The EU has to stop to rate migration control higher than human rights!”
Libyan Coast Guards have clearly breached international law by bringing an unknown number of people onboard their vessel, probably with the goal to take them back to Libya. “We were at high seas, outside of libyan territorial waters, about 30 nm north of Tripoli – even outside of the consecutive zone. There, the Libyans have no sovereign rights whatsoever”, says Sea-Watch captain Pia Klemp.
Almost a year ago, October 21 2016, in a similar disastrous event many people died when, during a rescue operation of Sea-Watch 2, the so-called Libyan Coast Guard had tried to displace refugees back to Libya from international waters.
All 58 survivors are now safe aboard the Sea-Watch 3. We will post updates here!

In memory of Lamin, killed by Suisse police

"Last time I was sleeping on a wall next to Ouchy, police on bicycle draw me back from the wall and throw tear gas in my sleeping bag, on my face."

"They stop me in the street, ask me to come inside their bus, put handcuffs on my hands, they closed its windows in order that nobody could see or hear me, they beat me badly without no reason. After this they brought me to a place I didn't know and drop me there."

We are standing for our brother that passed away.
In the night of the 24th October 2017, Lamin Fatty passed away at the age of 23 in between the walls of the police station of Lausanne.

On the 7th October 2017, a black man was killed in Ticino under the bullets of the police.
Last year Herve Madundu was shot down by the police, in Bex.

Each and every one of us could have been victims of their own cases.
We don't want to wait to know who will be the next one to die in their hands.
Police brutality is increasing against blacks and immigrants.
Police brutality on black people in the streets and in the police stations has to stop, now.
Police have to stop to beat us and to take our money.
We need free movement and the respect of our basic humanity.
We ask the autorithies to let the family and friends see Lamin. We ask that the authorities stop blockinf the access to the investigation. We ask justice for Lamin.

Stop stressing us
Stop beating us
Stop killing us

PRESS RELEASE 29.10.2017 (Lausanne)
Lamin, died in the hands of the police because he was black
He came from Gambia and had left his life there to try building a new one and getting medical care. It is in a cell of the police center of Blcherette in Lausanne that Lamin died, left alone, on the october 24th. He was 23 years old.
We met Lamin before, we knew he was sick and he has just left the hospital after undergoing a serious brain surgery from which he had a visible scar on his skull. The population office (SPOP-in charge of deportation) was aware of his situation and knew that Lamine needed regular medical controls and that he was unable to travel at that time.
Without having committed any crimes, Lamin was arrested at Lausanne station by border guards, real cowboys who act in a total opacity and are regularly using force, undermining the freedom and integrity of people
.
Lamin was black, considered illegal, despise his inscription in the population office (SPOP) and the asylum seekers assistance institution (EVAM). He was part of this deportable category of people, volontarily isolated from the rest of the population and victim of police violence on a daily basis, which is considered as normaltoward non-white individuals.
According to the little informations we have, Lamin was taken by the police to the emergency services of CHUV (hospital) after loosing consciousness and, no one in CHUV opposed to his incarceration back to police station of Blecherette after examination. It is surprizing, as we all know he was recently hospitalized for serious health reasons! Where is the coherence in medical officials who provided important health care to Lamin and who, at the other hand, gave a green light for his detention and expulsion?
His death gave place to a brief information from the police, picked up by the medias, but presenting surprizing contradictions and aiming to criminalize Lamin.
No, Lamin was not just in violation of foreign law, he was receiving emergency help from the state and was in possession of the attestation of it, issued by SPOP. He was hosted in a EVAM center and was then available to the autorities at all times.
No, Lamin was not to be deported to Lucerne Canton. He had been assigned to Canton of Vaud and registered at the SPOP as his papers attested.
No, Lamin was not isolated, he had friends here and he was in contact with some collective organizations fighting for immigrants rights.
What really happened to Lamin between Sunday and Tuesday? Too many unspoken words, contradictions, silences around his death.
Is it because hewas just an illegal immigrant,Madam Procuror?
Why did you delay the recognition of the corpeuntil Monday without any explanation?
According to today's statement by the Procuror, the border guards would have mistaken him with another person, which they had only realized on Friday! If that is true, that emphasizes the way police (border guards, canton police, etc) commits constant negligence, bad treatments and abuses on black people or people without the right paper, with serious consquences that can lead to death. Lamin had a document with him attesting that he had been assigned to Canton of Vaud and was presenting visible health problem. How could he have been mistaken for someone to be deported in Lucerne and moreover, how could he not have bee subjected to any precaution related to his health!
Clearly he has not been heard and his individual situation was not considered: all this because his words did not hold the same value as any other citizen who can claim his rights in the eyes of police.
We demand now that the veil be lifted on all those shadows!
Because everything is incomprehensible and scandalous in his interpellation and in his death.
Because this is really a sadly emblematic case of the treatment reserved to immigrants in irregular situation and of the lack of attention given to them
Because this is showing the absurdity of the criminalization of non-authorized stay
Because the word illegal is not harmless: it produces and spreads a message that this category of people are sub-citizens, without rights and upon whom the autorities have all rights!
Because violence against immigrants, and especially against black people, is still invisible, trivialized and without limits..
Because illegal immigrants life matters. Asylum seekerss life, rejected on not, matters. Black people lifes matter!
We demand a public debate on police violence so that the autorities have to come out from the shadow and impunity in which they operate in a total indifference.
To say goodbye to Lamin, to show solidarity with his family and relatives, to show solidarity with every other black and immigrant people whatever their permit, who have been victims of police violence:
We call for protest
(authorized demonstration, anyone can come, no matter illegal or not)
Wednesday november 1th, 17pm, Place de la Riponne, Lausanne
